Do what I say and not what I don't even realize I do to you.
I've said things of this nature - you know, treat people with respect and then I turn around and am harsh with my babies. *sigh* Being a role model is much more difficult than it looks, isn't it?

I love that, it's so true. Some times we just have a hard time 'monitoring' what we say.. It's much easier to talk about doing it, then it is to actually put it into affect.
I saw this and just doubled up! I don't know any parent who can escape feeling a pinch on this one!!
