The Fish Hatchery

And with this post, I am officially up to date! Yay me! :)

Sunday we decided to take a trip up the Columbia River Gorge to the fish hatchery. We've been making this trip once every year since Kelton was three months old and it's one of our favorite day trips. It's so pretty up there and, for a mere $0.25 per handful, the kids get to feed the fish! They love that!

It was a beautiful day and the scenery both up there, there and back again was amazing! Here are a few photos of our day...and yes, Kaylen is wearing her baby in a sling. I had loaned my sling to a friend to use and when it was returned, Kaylen had many questions and seemed very interested in it. She had wanted to take her baby in the stroller to the hatchery but I knew that would be fraught with problems so instead, I fashioned a sling for her and she was in heaven! She was quite cute, too! :)

You should show Kaylen the picture of Audrey with her baby in a sling after we got your sling in the mail! Our girls would be best buds if they lived near each other.

We need to take Mad somewhere cool... the flea market in Columbia just doesn't count although she is learning spanish from the mexicans I believe.

how cute is that?!!? The kids are adorable, as always.
I've been a little slow catching up with the goings on in your family.
