A Visit with Santa

Kaylen was terrified of Santa so they came up with this cute little trick. She had no idea he was back there which is great because when she first caught sight of him the poor girl almost had a heart attack. Luckily though, once safe in Dakota's arms, she settled down and there was no need to think further of life insurance for kids! LOL!!

This photo is actually the first Santa picture where she is not screaming her head off. Gotta love that! :) Kelton, of course, was his Santa lovin' self! He just loves the guy with the white beard and hey - the candy cane is a great bonus! :)

Very cute picture! My kids are terrified of Santa. That was really neat that Santa was willing to participate in "tricking" Kaylen. Where did you get it done, Van Mall?

Terribly cute picture! My kids weren't afraid, but TL was so fascinated that she wanted to turn around and look at him, so her first two christmas pictures were of the back of her head!!

Audra: Thanks. Kaylen didn't think much of it but I did manage to wriggle her into it. The tights/long socks and black shoes were a no go so it was pink Crocs all the way. :)

Jeri: No - we actually had it take in Marysville while we were up north visiting my family.

Lynliu: Thanks and very funny and TL!! Cute stories down the road, eh? :)

They are so cute! I can't believe you got them both to sit still and not fuss. Pumpkinhead screamed his head off last time we tried to do a Santa pic. Sigh...

VERY cute! Great idea for getting a good pic even though Santa may be terrifying for the little one! Glad you're home safely!
