I am sorry that there are people that are just being hateful. I posted this on Dakota's blog, but I will also tell you....when Rosie and Kelly seperated I loved how they said "No matter what we will be a family." I see you and Dakota expressing the same thing.
As if negative comments were somehow helpful and made things better! Oy. I cannot imagine the pain that your whole family must be enduring right now (do the kids know yet?) but I wish you all the best.
sorry people wrote mean things. Its hard to not be mad at/dislike/hate the person who makes your friend cry, though. But I also know what its like to feel like you have to defend the person who has hurt you so much. So like all our moms taught us- if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. hugs and love
All I can say is WOW! People can be so jerky. Still sending love and so thrilled to see you taking the high and difficult road, the whole family will be better for it!
Casey, I think it's one of those issues that probably brings up some VERY strong feelings for people. Crappy ,sad, dissapointing to see another relationship crumble but ya got to respect someone who didn't lie and cheat their way out of a relationship (that is of course me bringing my "very strong" feelings into it.... ) Glad you guys are working so hard to be on good terms.
How my heart ached for your family when I read what has happened. I am so sorry for all the pain you are having. A lot of us have been through similar situations and the sun will shine again for you. Be gentle on yourself and we are here in spirit and cyberspace.
Thank you for sharing your life and children with us during good times and rocky. You both have inspired my partner( also in law school) and I. I've been reading for a few years and watching the kids grow, wish I would have spoke up sooner. You are both courageous people. Please remember love endures. From Shannon in GA
It's sad that people decide to take the low road and post negative things, especially announomously (which I can't spell). It just makes it harder on everyone involved.
I am so sorry for both of you. People are idiots sometimes. I am sure this not not an easy time for any of you. Anyone that has read through your blog would know that both you and Dakota are Great Moms!

What is wrong with people?! Do they think that someone acting out like that will help your situation at all?

One day at a time, Casey. You can do it!
