Casey, today is your birthday, yet I know it is not easy for you to hear "Happy Birthday" this year-someday your birthday will again be a day for celebrating, not one where you feel so numb and pained. Time does heal, not completely at first, but enough to get you to a better place. You and your family are in my prayers.
I'm sure that dealing with your current things, this isn't how you want to spend your birthday. But I hope you take some time out of the day to celebrate at least a little. You're a brave and wonderful woman, and you deserve a great birthday! *birthday hugs*
