I've never seen those before. We get the ones individually wrapped. I know they are more expensive and wasteful with all that packaging, but Audrey doesn't like the ones in the regular bag, and I don't blame her. She'll ask for prunes all the time (we still call them prunes). They are pretty tastey. I have to balance giving her enough to keep her "going" and not giving her too many that she gets the runs. I won't introduce the chocolate covered ones though. Then she'll never go back!
So, um...didn't 'dried plums' used to be called 'prunes?' And weren't they used for...well, you know.
ReplyDeleteChocolate-covered dried plums actually sound pretty tasty.
Why yes, yes they did. And "plums" is a much nicer, and I'm sure consumer friendly, way of describing them. And they are yummy! Seriously yummy.
ReplyDeleteBut don't eat as many as I did in one sitting. That's all I'm going to say. :)
They are..or...were...covered in dark chocolate and were very yummy. Also very rich, as I recall. I couldn't eat more than a few.
ReplyDeleteOh, honey.....*shaking my head*
Really? Are they that good? I've seen the commercials, but ... prunes?
ReplyDeleteI havn't seen those yet. I'll have to look. Yummy
ReplyDeleteI love those...but alas we cannot have them as my oldest is deathly allergic to almonds and plums are in the same family :(
ReplyDeleteOh, congratulations! I consider bathroom time to be my daily vacation. Enjoy it, girl. You've earned it.
ReplyDelete;)
Rainbow Mama: Yes - really that good. It's just like eating chocolate. :)
ReplyDeleteTanya: Yummy is right! Plus: BONUS! Fruit for the child. :)
Tribe Mama: Almonds and plums are related? I had no idea. Wow.
Jen: Thanks. :)
